Our Song of the Day is from Martin Green’s forthcoming album Crows’ Bones which is due for release on Reveal Records in April this year. The project has already had a successful tour which was commissioned by Opera North feat. Becky Unthank, Inge Thomson and Swedish Nickleharpa player Niklas Roswall (live review here).
The song ‘I Saw the Dead‘ was originally by Conor J O’Brien of Villagers and featured on their album Becoming A Jackal. What Martin and his party of talent do with the song is truly magical:
