After a year out, award-winning family festival, Underneath the Stars, is set to return for its seventh year on Friday 30th July – Sunday 1st August 2021. Check out their latest lineup announcement, it’s going to be a good one.

South Yorkshire’s Underneath the Stars Festival is organised by the family production team of acclaimed Yorkshire folk singer-songwriter Kate Rusby. Now in its fifth year, Kate talks to us about what makes a great festival in 2018.

Heading this year’s Underneath the Stars (20th – 22nd July 2018 Cinderhill Farm, Yorkshire) line-up are Grammy Award-winning songwriter and activist Steve Earle with his band The Dukes, as well as Barnsley born and bred Kate Rusby and more.

We take a look at this year’s line-up for Underneath the Stars Festival which is run by Kate Rusby and her family-run record company Pure Records. With the likes of Lucy Rose, Marry Waterson & David A Jaycock, Show of Hands, Roddy Woomble and more, it’s shaping up beautifully.

Underneath the Stars Festival which is co-run by Kate Rusby and situated near Barnsley have put together a great line up. The festival is running for three full days this year and artists include Mary Chapin Carpenter, Eddi Reader, Martin Simpson, Bruce Molsky, Bob Fox, The Young’uns, Damien O’Kane, Keston Cobblers Club, Siobhan Miller, Miranda Sykes and Rex Preston, Luke Daniels and Jim Causley.
