Ahead of the release of their new album The Sovereign Self on 29th June Trembling Bells reveal their new video for ‘Sweet Death Polka’ and announce a Two Day London Residency featuring Alasdair Roberts, eclectic folk trio the Family Elan, Incredible String Band founder Mike Heron and legendary folk artist Martin Carthy and more.

We have a particularly very fine Song of the Day from Scottish singer Alasdair Roberts who has just revealed his new video for In Dispraise of Hunger from his self-titled album out now on Drag City Records.

We have a great session from The Crying Lion, an unaccompanied 4 part harmony singing group from Glasgow featuring members of Trembling Bells and Muldoon’s Picnic. It’s magical!
