Tim O’Brien’s latest offering ‘Pompadour’ offers a new approach from the bluegrass maestro – with a greater emphasis on electric guitar and mandolin expect a few surprises.

I’m with Her is Sarah Jarosz, Aoife O’Donovan and Sara Watkins. Paul headed to London’s Union Chapel to catch them and got a double helping with a top support slot by Sussex born Samuel Ford and a surprise appearance from John Paul Jones.

Sara Watkins, Sarah Jarosz and Aoife O’Donovan head out on tour this month under the combined tour banner of I’m with Her. Dates include London’s Union Chapel on 28 April. It promises to be a great tour as Sara declares “very time we play together we are learning how to be a supportive, explosive, good band.”
