On May 1st, Sam Carter will release his highly anticipated fourth album Home Waters. Taken from the album, watch him performing ‘The Forge’ live at Simpson Street Studios in Thropton, a converted church with fantastic acoustics.

Sam Carter’s third solo album ‘How the City Sings’ presents a perfectly balanced blend of soft acoustics, upbeat rhythms and fiery rock. A wonderfully engaging release that showcases the wide spectrum of his craft.

Sweet Liberties is a new folk music project commissioned by EFDSS and Folk by The Oak featuring four songwriters: Nancy Kerr, Martyn Joseph, Sam Carter, and Maz O’Connor alongside musicians Patsy Reid and Nick Cooke – a musical journey exploring the pursuit of democracy and the events that have made a difference to our liberties.
