Max Richter

Max Richter is to give the only British performance in 2022 of his acclaimed work ‘Voices’ and his classic piece ‘Infra’ at the COVENTRY Warwick Arts Centre. Whether you are new to Richter’s work or not, this is sure to be a moving and unforgettable experience.

Max Richter has composed an 8 hour lullaby called Sleep. It was composed to be listened to whilst sleeping and had a free world premiere yesterday. “It’s my personal lullaby for a frenetic world,” he says. “A manifesto for a slower pace of existence.”

This mix began with an experimental piece by Caoimhín Ó Raghallaigh. I never quite know where a mix will go and it pretty much depends on my mood and what is influencing me at the time. All of it was done late at night, in those quiet small hours.
