To mark the limited lathe cut vinyl edition of Littoral States on Wayside and Woodland Recordings, Junkboy premiere their video Landlocked. “…our album seeks to elevate the everyday and venerate the beautiful rituals of normalcy, the gallant ongoingness of life”.

Junkboy’s ‘Littoral States’ is an engulfing and satisfying half-hour – melodic, intelligent, haunting music that slips in and out of genres but always stays true to the overarching theme of places and how human emotions interact with them.

Watch the new video from Junkboy for ‘Old Camera, New Film’, taken from their new album ‘Trains, Trees, Topophilia’, a collection of instrumental music inspired by seasonal tipping points, nature, place and memory.

Our Tune of the Day is Fulfil, a beautiful and mellow reverie from Junkboy which uses elements of Azimuth Co-Ordinator’s music. It features as an ‘A side’ of a brand new lathe cut vinyl single, released as part of the 454545 lathe cut series project on 3.45PM.

Our Song of the Day is a summery slice of pastoraldelica courtesy of brothers Mik and Rich Hanscomb better known as Junkboy. Listen to Release The Sunshine.
