The Midwich Cuckoos by John Wyndham which tells the tale of an English village in which the women become pregnant by brood parasitic aliens, has been made into a TV Drama for Sky, the score for which was written, produced and performed by Hannah Peel.

Hannah Peel & Paraorchestra share new single and video for ‘We Are Part Mineral’ – “There’s a sense of deep rooted humanity – that our time here on earth is short and we will never fully hear the rocks sing, as they shift over millennia.”

Tim Hardin is the focus of a new covers tribute ‘Reason To Believe – The Songs of Tim Hardin’ featuring a host of well respected artists including The Magnetic North, Alela Diane, Smoke Fairies and more.

Orkney: Symphony Of The Magnetic North is a new album featuring Erland Cooper, Hannah Peel and Simon Tong.

Nitin Sawhney has released a new album titled Last Days of Meaning. Nitin has managed to rack up a Mercury, Ivor, Mobo and Olivier awards for his past work and Last Days of Meaning, his ninth studio album, is certainly worthy.

Following on from his third album, Low Culture, Jim Moray has delivered another outstanding work which flawlessly mixes traditional song with modern sensibilities and musical arrangements. In an entirely characteristically brave move Moray has taken the decision to pre-release In Modern History to a wide audience as a free 8 track CD through Songlines Magazine in April 2010, the full 10 track CD is realised in June.
