Glasgow duo Iona MacDonald and Paul Tasker, mark their fifteenth anniversary as Doghouse Roses next year, but the celebrations start early with this, their fourth album which ‘shines like a beacon’.
Doghouse Roses return with their third album featuring a number of guest musicians including Jez Hellard and Laura-Beth Salter of The Shee. One that’s well worth the wait and is quite simply, their best work yet.
Cold Weather Music is the first solo release from guitarist Paul Tasker. If you like your music to be predictable and albums tracks to be homogenous, maybe this is not for you…your loss. Personally, I loved it.
