This is our second mix from the wonderful Buck and Shanti better known as Arborea. They were the first guests to feature a mix on Folk Radio UK so it’s a pleasure to have them back again.

The renowned music site Daytrotter – based in Rock Island, Illinois and dubbed by many as the current generation’s John Peel – announces a new second home in Crouch End, London, UK.

The cello extraordinaire Portland Cello Project, renowned for their incredible covers, made it into the Daytrotter studios at the weekend to record a session. They released a new album in July titled Thousand Words.
