Cinder Well, the brainchild of singer and multi-instrumentalist Amelia Baker, returns on July 24th with ‘No Summer’ – throughout, her remarkable voice cuts to the bone like some ghostly ballad singer bound to sing these words from here to eternity.
Stick In The Wheel return with their second volume of explorations and collaborations with “Against The Loathsome Beyond”, featuring collaborations with C Joynes, Jack Sharp and Cinder Well.
Cinder Well will tour England and Scotland from June 6th-22nd. Amelia Baker, Cinder Well’s brainchild, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist will be joined on the tour by Marit Schmidt of Vradiazei and Sangre de Muerdago.
The Unconscious Echo features seven dynamic and original tracks, with moments ranging from Swan Arcade style unaccompanied harmony vocals, to swelling instrumental choruses reminiscent of Godspeed You! Black Emperor.
