BJ Cole and Secondson announce “There is Wonder Here,” a collaboration pairing pedal steel guitar with the rare Cristal Baschet — believed to be the first recording devoted to the interplay between the two instruments. First track “A Place You Could Never Leave” is out now, ahead of the album’s September 18th release via Centripetal Force and Geology Records.

Baltimore, the second album from North Carolina duo Tacoma Park, finds John Harrison and Ben Felton in more focused and confident form. North Carolina duo Tacoma Park have shared “Untied,” the first reveal from their forthcoming album Baltimore, due April 24th via Centripetal Force. Mastered by Chuck Johnson, the album finds Ben Felton and John Harrison at their most intentional — editing sprawling improvisations into something focused and cinematic, with electronics and acoustic instrumentation suspended in generous, deliberate space. Vinyl preorders are open now.
