A noted highlight of the annual MusicNow festival weekend was a collaboration between Megafaun, Fight The Big Bull, Bon Iver and Sharon Van Etten called Sound Of The South, re-imaginings of the songs recorded by ethnomusicologist Alan Lomax in his early travels.

Sin Fang Bous is a Project by Sindri Már Sigfússon from Iceland, who also founded “Seabear”. While Seabear is focussed on folky music, Sin Fang Bous is Sindri’s playground for his more experimental songs.

Watch this latest session of Josh T Pearson from La Blogotheque. The results were beautiful and somehow very suited to the blind faith of the Josh T pearson of today, he seemed incredibly at home on boulevard de Belleville.
