Eliza Carthy’s biography Wayward Daughter by Sophie Parkes was released this month. To celebrate, a launch party was held at The Greystones, Sheffield, yesterday evening (22nd May) which was attended by some very familar faces!

Dave Sudbury is one of a kind! He wrote ‘The King of Rome’ a song that took flight around the world thanks to June Tabor. His daughter contacted me recently and we did an interview. I’ve never felt so moved by a singer and his story.
