Lilith Records have reissued Caetano Veloso’s Caetano Veloso (Irene) on vinyl, an album originally released in 1969. Listen to the title track, a song about a machine gun-toting outlaw celebrated by the left.

This week, Italian label Black Sweat Records released a Vinyl Limited Edition archival recording: an evening Raga in the Dhrupad tradition from 1968 featuring Zia Mohiuddin Dagar on Rudra Veena and vocalist Zia Fariduddin Dagar. It’s a gem.
