Linda Perhacs, who released the American psychedelic folk classic Parallelograms has announced her third album. I’m a Harmony is to be released on 22 September via Omnivore Recordings.

While probably best known for his membership of the psychedelic folk band Holy Modal Rounders, Peter Stampfel remains very active. His latest release, Cambrian Explosion finds him joined with, among others, Hubby Jenkins (Carolina Chocolate Drops) and composer/improviser Shelley Hirsch.

The Flytin o Life an Daith is our Song of the Day and the latest release from Scots Singer of the Year, fiddle player, singer and composer Lori Watson. She’s joined by Duncan Lyall on Wurlitzer and Steve Byrnes on guitar.
