The creative director of a performing arts promotion charity on the Isle of Skye has been rewarded for a quarter of a century of dedicated service to his community and Scottish traditional music.

In the latest video from Aidan O’Rourke and Kit Downes, they are joined by author James Robertson who reads his short story ‘Imagination’ as they perform their musical response. They are on tour this month.

Glaswegian spirits writer Dave Broom has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund a road-trip documentary called The Amber Light which will highlight the lesser known parts of Scottish culture and history through the lens of whisky, with personalities from art, music, literature and food.
