The Shee announce final gigs for Continuum project. An “enthralling project that celebrates the power of collaboration, a shared love of traditional music and The Shee‘s ten years as a major force in folk music.”

Heidi Talbot & John McCusker are to celebrate a decade of playing in each other’s bands, touring and writing songs together by releasing their first EP as a duo which will be supported by an extensive UK and European tour in 2018.

Topic Records announce two new CD releases on 20th October 2017. A double-CD 28 track compilation (Topic Records: The Real Sound of Folk Music) featuring some of the most remarkable singers, songs and tunes and An Introduction to Shirley Collins.

A brand new folk music and storytelling show, Dreaming the Night Field: a legend of Wales, touring 14 Sep – 26 Nov. This show embodies the spirit of the essential, ancient Welsh legend of the Fourth Branch of the Mabinogion, with original music performed live by three of the UK’s leading musician and storytelling voices.
