Brooklyn-based Hiding Places announce their debut album, The Secret to Good Living, out April 3rd via Keeled Scales. Iron & Wine returns with “Roses,” a haunting new single from the upcoming album Hen’s Teeth, out February 27th via Sub Pop. Featuring a hand-drawn animated video by Gaia Alari and backing vocals by Arden Beam, the track previews a “sibling record” to 2024’s Light Verse. Sam Beam kicks off an extensive international tour in support of the release this February.

To celebrate his upcoming album “We Are Together Again,” Bonnie “Prince” Billy performed an intimate set at St Giles’ Church, Camberwell, South London. After a decade-long hiatus out of the spotlight, Danish songwriter Majke Voss (FKA Broken Twin) returns with the haunting new single “Coming Down,” out now on Broken Records. Moving away from her previous moniker, Voss delivers a raw, atmospheric track that captures the “rehearsal energy” of her band. Accompanied by a new video, Voss kicks off a series of intimate UK tour dates next week.

Charlotte Cornfield has unveiled “Living With It,” a vulnerable new single featuring Feist from her upcoming album, Hurts Like Hell (out March 27 via Merge Records). Born from a bond between touring mothers, the track showcases Cornfield’s most collaborative work yet. Featuring a powerhouse backing band and raw, evocative lyricism, the album marks a profound creative rebirth for the songwriter.

Visionary artist Jesca Hoop returns on 1st May with Long Wave Home, her first self-produced album. Captured during a camper van journey across England, the record blends innovative folk with deep interpersonal reflection. Alongside the announcement, Hoop shared the lead single “Designer Citizen” and a 10-date UK tour for May, including London’s iconic Union Chapel.

North Carolina-based Natalie Jane Hill returns with “Colors,” a wise, tender single from her upcoming album Hopeful Woman, out March 6 on Dear Life Records. Blending her folk-primitive guitar style with a live ensemble featuring Mat Davidson, the track explores the vibrant rush of new love balanced with personal boundaries. Hill supports Ray LaMontagne across the UK and Ireland this spring.

Chicago composer Joshua Abrams (Natural Information Society) has announced Music for Pulse Meridian Foliation, out March 27 on Drag City. Originally written for Lisa Alvarado’s REDCAT exhibition, the 35-minute composition for violas, harmonium, and electronics explores “Nepantla”—a transformative space between the conscious and unconscious. Abrams has shared a music video for the new single edit, “Music for Pulse Meridian Foliation (brief immersion).”

Franco-Australian duo Maxwell Farrington & Le SuperHomard announce their third album, Window Tax, out 24 April via Talitres. The news arrives with a video for lead single “Supermarket,” directed by Cyril “Pooley” Jean. An uptempo “pop reverie” recorded with producer Mike Lindsay (Tunng), the track explores a surreal tale of obsession and rejection.
