The latest Monday Morning Brew opens to a track from Geckøs, which unites three highly respected artists from the indie and folk scenes. The lineup features Howe Gelb, the “godfather of desert rock,” celebrated for his 40-year career with Giant Sand and as a solo artist. He is joined by M. Ward, an acclaimed singer-songwriter also known for his work in the duos She & Him and the supergroup Monsters of Folk. Completing the trio is Irish multi-instrumentalist Mark McCausland of The Lost Brothers, who also records solo as McKowski.
