Their label, Talitres, share that the album was written and recorded in Cotentin, where Tambour has made his home for over a decade, this new album marks a return to spellbinding simplicity. While Cissokho’s influence was subtle in previous recordings, their decade of performing together has deepened their musical connection. This evolution shines through in all nine tracks, where their string instruments dance together in perfect harmony.
