Born of a shared love of acoustic guitar, metal and traditional Irish music, Dublin 4-piece, The Scratch, have arguably dropped their best single to date called ‘Another Round’. They recently performed at Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre and, by all accounts I’ve seen, went down a storm.
Since the release of their bold debut ‘Couldn’t Give A Rats’ (2021), they’ve picked up a solid and growing following, backed up by some glowing reviews, including a four-star review in The Irish Times. While it’s a great album, it’s in a live setting that they really seem to shine, which makes their follow up live album ‘Couldn’t Leave Our Gafs’ (2022) all the more potent.

Short of that, their latest single, ‘Another Round’, which dropped on March 11th, has all that energy unleashed with a video that matches their anarchic spirit. You’ll watch it and then want to watch it again…I promise.
