Anglo-American folk duo Cath and Phil Tyler have announced a series of live dates including Newcastle, London and Brighton (details below). The duo released ‘The Ox and the Ax‘ last year which our reviewer Glenn Kimpton fell for straight away referring to the “unpretentious interpretations of beautiful songs, sang with care and love by two people who collect and cherish the history and importance of folk song.” It was also selected as one of Folk Radio UK’s ‘Best Albums of 2018‘.
For their latest video, they stick to that same authenticity as they deliver False True Love which they covered on 2008’s Dumb Supper followed by banjo tune Last Chance.
