Last week, we shared the news that after a hiatus of two years the highly acclaimed online music programme This Ain’t No Disco would be returning with a new season on New Year’s Day, 2020. To raise funds and celebrate the launch, on September 26th the show will host “This Ain’t No Disco Live” in D-Light Studios, Dublin; an evening of live performances and interviews featuring a roster of stars from Season I, curated and hosted by Donal Dineen and the This Ain’t No Disco crew. The full lineup is due to be announced this week.
In the meantime, they have shared this great video which, after a few roly-poly’s, captures Lankum’s one and only Radie Peat performing ‘My Bonny Boy’, also our Song of the Day.
