Australian Acid/Psych folkers Trappist Afterland will be touring the UK in June in support of their new album Insects in Amber due for release on June 8th.
Sugarbush records are releasing 300 copies on LP on the 8th (no pre-sale) and the CD through Reverb Worship which has already sold out on pre-sales.
The LP will be launched at “terrascope presents” Woolf 2 festival which runs from Sat 8th & 9th June (read more here). Also performing are Alasdair Roberts, Bevis Frond, Kitchen Cynics, Ian A Anderson, Alex Rex, The Revolutionary Army of the Infant Jesus, Sharron Kraus, The Left Outsides and many more.
They will be joing forces with Alula Down and Head South by Weaving to form the Afterlander band to score the 1971 film “walkabout” at Pontio cinema in Bangor, Wales. See below for full details of gigs.
