Riley Moore is sat looking carefree on his boat named ‘ship faced’ singing about waiting to see if our worries float…possibly the perfect way to end the working week. Even better, he’s ain’t out of booze yet so jump on-board.
Turns out he does live on a boat..it’s anchored in a lake in Nashville.
Moore recently became one of the first modern musicians to complete an entire tour on foot, walking 1,600 miles with with his guitar from Portland, Maine back to Nashville with folk collective The Walking Guys (American Songwriter, The Tennessean, Travel & Leisure, Guitar World), stopping along the way to play shows with Arlo Guthrie, Lyle Lovett, Shakey Graves, Town Mountain, The Lonely Biscuits, and many more.
He is gearing up to make a splash with his debut album Vagrant, set for release on June 29th, which encapsulates the transient spirit inspired in part by his recent tour, but also by the fleeting moments and haunting relationships of his migratory life.
