The Americana Music Association have announced the nominees for its 17th annual Honors & Awards, the ceremony for which will be held on September 12, 2018, at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN. The announcement was live-streamed at an intimate members-only ceremony held at the Country Music Hall of Fame with performances by its hosts The Milk Carton Kids – Kenneth Pattengale and Joey Ryan – as well as by fellow Instrumentalist of the Year nominees Daniel Donato, Brittany Haas, Jerry Pentecost, Molly Tuttle and more special guests.
Amongst the nominees are two of our Artists of the Month including Mary Gauthier for Rifles & Rosary Beads (Album of the Year) and John Prine for Artist of the Year who we only recently interviewed here. Below is the full list of nominees
