Willie Nelson has shared a new video for Me and You, also our Song of the Day. Taken from his new studio album Last Man Standing (out April 27) the lyrics resonate with what we hope is many people as he “turns the sound down on the TV” declaring “I just can’t listen anymore’. He’s not a man to lie down and while he reflects on maybe being in the minority he makes it clear this no time to sit on the fence, even if you are outnumbered.
The follow up to the #1 Country Album God’s Problem Child, Last Man Standing is comprised entirely of songs newly-penned by Willie along with longtime collaborator and producer Buddy Cannon and it is one of his most personal and introspective albums to-date.
