This coming Saturday, 27th May, returns to the unbelievably stunning setting of the 17th Century Master Shipwrights Palace in Deptford on the banks of the River Thames. Concerts will happen throughout the house’s grand rooms, riverside boathouse and round the campfire featuring some of the most exciting artists making folk, roots & acoustic music in the UK and beyond – no amplification, no soundchecks, no waiting for bands to plug in – just pure continuous music over multiple areas & stages.
Bringing together some of the finest artists in folk, roots and acoustic music from the UK and beyond for one day, the festival promises to be an experience for folk-lovers and novices alike. Previous performers include Martin Carthy, Green Gartside, Cosmo Sheldrake and Seckou Keita.
With no amplification, no sound checks, no waiting for bands to plug in, UnampliFire celebrates pure continuous music over multiple areas and stages, bringing a historic home to life and allowing audiences a sense of being part of the music.

Now well established, The Campfire Club is an enchanting event with music performances, storytelling and sing-a-longs, all nestled around a campfire in various secret and secluded green oases around London. Running from May to September, The Nest Collective present the specially sourced talents of local and itinerant musicians from all over the world; the finest choices of artistry from the realms of folk, traditional and world music right through to contemporary song makers and the occasional very special guest.
Every Campfire is a unique event featuring exclusive performances from emerging and established artists, all drenched in the sepia tones of firelight and tinged with wooded aromas. Regular venues include Woodberry Wetlands nature reserve, Glengall Wharf Gardens in Peckham, E5 Bakehouse in London Fields, Dalston’s Bee Garden and ‘From the Factory’ in Bow.
