The much loved folk trio Lady Maisery (main image) featuring Hannah James, Hazel Askew and Rowan Rheingans, will be delighting all with their fresh interpretations of songs and ballads. All three have had a busy year with individual projects including Hannah’s new solo project Jigdoll (read our interview feature here); Rowan, along with sister Anna, released their album ‘Already Home’ (read our Featured Album Review here) and all three feature on the highly anticipated Songs of Separation.
Bath based Beth Porter and the Availables are back having made a great impression on last year’s festival audience.
Another Folk Radio UK favourite in the form of Lucy Ward will be making an appearance, we recently featured Lucy’s latest release ‘I Dreamt I was a Bird’ (read our feature review here) and she will be supported by her band, one you don’t want to miss.
Also back by popular demand is the well-travelled rhythmic storyteller Rory McLeod, a name that’s welcome at any folk festival.
