Our Song of the Day is from Steve Ashley with That’s Why (we don’t comply with your war cry), a song which features on his latest album This Little Game. The Stop the War Coalition website have also featured the song and put this video together:
That’s Why by Steve Ashley is a reflection on the Iraq war, launched in March 2003 by George W Bush and Tony Blair, who ignored tens of millions protesting worldwide that the attack was Not in My Name.
Steve will be performing at our next Levels Collective gig this Friday 25th September at Bridgwater Arts Centre with Gitta De Ridder in support. You can buy tickets here
