Our Song of the Day is from Phaedra, the solo project of Ingvlid Langgård whose debut album “The Sea” was released in 2011 drawing comparisons to Vashti Bunyan, Elizabeth Fraser and Nico. Blackwinged Night is the second album to be released in what was conceived as a trilogy (a lyrical and musical cycle with its own mythological structure) from which ‘Lightbeam‘, our Song of the Day, is taken.
