We have a song premiere today from London based 17 year old singer/songwriter Flower Fellow aka Colette Olive. The Rope That Ties Us is being released as a free B-side to her latest single, Madman. You can listen to and download it below.
Hailing from a quiet town on the outskirts of London, Colette’s influences were icons such as Janis Joplin, Jeff Buckley and Stevie Nicks. She also found inspiration in literature, particularly Sylvia Plath and Virginia Wolf, however, it was her move to London to begin Art College when she truly felt like she belonged. Her music has caught the attention of BBC Introducing and with songs like this we expect that trend to continue rising ever upwards. A name to watch for.
