Kathryn Tickell & The Side have unveiled their new video to accompany ‘Dark Skies Waltz’ which is our Tune of the Day. Those that may have seen the band performing during October/November may have heard Kathryn talking about the wonderful starry nights they enjoy in Northumberland. For this video they used time lapse footage of those very night skies courtesy of Northumberland National Park, filmed by Cain Scrimgeour. Watch it below:
Kathryn & The Side kick off 2015 at Celtic Connections Festival, Glasgow, followed by concerts in Berlin, Luxembourg and, warming up those February evenings, performances at more superb UK venues.
