I admit when I saw the front of the new Treacherous Orchestra album cover (see below) I was taken by surprise and equally enthralled about what the sound from the album would be like. The combination of cover and album title ‘Grind’ conjure up a no holds barred release from a band whose members converged into the melting pot of Glasgow taking a huge range of influences with them. They’ve continued an ever evolving legacy that includes names such as Martyn Bennett, Wolfstone, Peatbog Faeries, Shooglenifty and Salsa Celtica.
