As part of our ongoing partnership with Bob Harris’ Under The Apple Tree sessions we asked Sugar Magnolia to perform a session. For anyone who is new to Sugar Magnolia they are a wonderful duo we introduced earlier this year comprising of Bryony Afferson who is part of the popular folk-trio Troubadour Rose, whose record Tell Me, released in September last year, attracted rave reviews from The Guardian amongst others. The other half is Jack Day whose debut album The First Ten, released in January this year, is one of our ‘Best Albums of 2013′.
