Two of the most dynamic, forward thinking, exciting and engaging traditional Celtic music acts join forces on a UK Tour this autumn, resulting in one dazzling and compelling concert.
The Outside Track and The Paul McKenna Band combine a vast array of cultural folk influences in their respective repertoires. Hugely popular as young ambassadors for roots music, their special marriage of Celtic music, song and dance has been rapturously received around the world.
Both bands have been widely recognised with several major industry awards as well as being included in the ‘Best Albums of 2013’ in Folk Radio UK’s end of year list.
Hailing from Scotland, Ireland, and Cape Breton, the two bands are united by a love of traditional music and a commitment to creating new music on this as a foundation.
Their blend of boundless energy and unmistakable joie de vivre promises a truly memorable spectacle.
