A cover of Father John Misty’s Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings has been revealed by Bella Union as part of a very special split 7” release for the annual Independent Label Market. She sings in a style that wouldn’t be far removed from a cross between The Handsome Family and PJ Harvey. The track appeared on Father John Misty’s 2012 debut album Fear Fun.
Father John Misty will be returning the honour with a rendition of ‘Drive’ from Nadler’s LP July for which you can read Helen’s review here.
