Midlake have teamed up with actor Jason Lee and director Eric Noren to produce a new live concert film & documentary ‘Midlake: Live in Denton, TX’. The footage was captured at the iconic venue Dan’s Silverleaf in Midlake’s hometown of Denton, TX, where the band played their homecoming show following the release of new album Antiphon last year.
The result is a beautifully photographed 90 minute film that is both a live concert film and homage to the bands hometown of Denton, TX, which will make its debut at this years Glastonbury Festival and coincide with the bands performance there.
From the documentary Lee and Noren have also captured a music video to one of Antiphon’s highlights ‘Aurora Gone’ which can be viewed below
