Our Song of the Day is ‘A Feather’s Not a Bird‘ the opening track from Roseanne’s Cash’s new album ‘The River & the Thread‘. It’s her first album since ‘The List‘ (released 2009) which was was made Americana Album of the year by the AMA. It’s also her first album of new material since her 2006 release ‘Black Cadillac‘ (2006).
In a recent interview with Rob Sachs she explained “A Feather’s Not a Bird does lays out the landscape for the whole album”. We’ve included the interview below:
