Just over two years ago we introduced Wolves & Moons, the moniker of Richard Allen who was born in Nuneaton, UK but now lives in the north of France. What started as one soon became three then four (with the addition of Louis Morati and Maxime Picquart and Jocelyn Soler).
As there sound has developed so has their fanbase so it’s a great pleasure to feature the UK Première for their new video ‘Dreamer‘ which features on their second EP – Brother. Richard wrote all four songs from Brother in the south of France in the summer of 2012. This is also their first animated film which took a painstaking 6 months to make…we love it!
After Richard and Bertrand had finished designing the cover art for Wolves & Moons’ 2nd EP, they decided that working with paper was something they’d like to take to another level.
This led to the making of the video as it is today. They decided to work on the project with Simon Lefebvre and all three of them worked for over six months on producing the clip. Being their first animated film it a long time, a lot of effort as well learning from mistakes before the project was complete. The whole thing was made in Bertrand’s house where Richard and Simon ended up living most of the time.
