We introduced Bristol based George Ezra on FRUK back in October 2012, it was a given in my mind that he was going to be a very well known name and his success has rocketed in that time with Zane Lowe announcing he has made the hottest record in the world right now. Cassy O’ is our Song of the Day which is taken from his forthcoming EP of the same name due for release on 16 March via Columbia Records.
Cassy O’ is his follow up to his breakthrough debut Did You Hear The Rain? EP, released late last year and led by the twin pronged attack of its title track and radio favourite Budapest.
Ezra embarks on his first major headline UK and European tour in January-March 2014. More than half of the UK shows, including two London dates, are sold out, with a number of venues also being moved to bigger rooms.
