The harvest has ended and we begin to enter the darker half of the year, a special time of the year when spirits or Aos Sí can more easily enter our world. The Gaelic festival Samhain is celebrated from sunset on 31 October to sunset on 1 November and to mark the occasion Stone Tape Recordings have released a four-track album titled A Grove of Bleached Bones (Four songs for Samhain).
The songs are written by Glenn Danzig and were arranged and performed by Steven Collins the label founder (Owl Service). The album is released as available on bandcamp at a ‘name your price’ tag. Listen to it below:
