Whilst I appreciate that mainstream radio may have tired out some of you from hearing Mumford and Son I still found myself smiling when I saw this session. I also became a fan of Australia’s ‘Sideshow Alley‘ after we posted their 2010 session with Midlake. They’ve put on some great sessions since then and I love their quirky alleyway locations.
This session reminded me of Belfast for some reason…maybe it’s that narrow road leading to the BlackBox venue near the Cathedral Quarter, the Mumford Boys put on a great show that year and the Belfast audience loved them…here’s a reminder:
