James Yorkston has unveiled the new video for his forthcoming single, ‘Just As Scared’ which is taken from his latest album, ‘I Was a Cat from a Book’. In our interview with James (read it here) he revealed that this track was a particular highlight:
“The whole thing was a joy. Easy work. I guess the one highlight was when we recorded ‘Just As Scared’ entirely live, myself, Jill on vocals, Emma, Sarah, Jon, Luke & John, all set up and recorded in 2 or 3 takes. The sense of achievement and camaraderie is quite something. Very satisfying.”
In the video James gets to show off his sand sculpting skills…a lovely song and the perfect video…
