Remeber when we introduced you to New England indie folkers David Wax Museum (pictured above) earlier this year? It looks like they are about to become better known over here as they head out on their UK, Ireland & European tour to promote their new album ‘Knock Knock Get Up‘.
They will be performing a number of dates in the UK this month including The Slaughtered Lamb in London which will be an unforgettable gig with support from the young Scottish Hannah Read a fine songwriter and fiddle player. Her latest release ‘Wrapped in Lace‘ is an alternative twist of influences from jazz to Scottish traditional music as can be heard on the beautiful Quiet Joys of Brotherhood:
