The Pictish Trail is bringing out a new EP entitled ‘The Summer is Empty of Idiots‘ on August 13th, and has made a video for the lead track ‘Michael Rocket‘! Featuring a brief appearance from King Creosote and far too much fun with some neon paint…watch it below:
How he finds time for all this we have no idea as he’s the head honcho of Fence Records and his responsibilities include organising the annual festival ‘Away Game‘ shenanigans which takes place up on the Hebridean Isle of Eigg on July 20-22nd this year. The many Fence artists and friends performing include The Pictish Trail of course as well as Django Django, Slow Club, Gruff Rhys, Cate Le Bon, Meursault and many many more!
