The music of The Fishermen Three is the brainchild of Simon Beins. Beins has played to thousands across England, supporting the UK’s NME playboys The Cribs and US favorites The Thermals. He’s played Paris’ MoFo Festival multiple times, touring Europe and the States for more than half a decade with other outfits – the Jeffrey Lewis Band, Herman Dune, I Was a King, The Wave Pictures – in venues that range from intimate boutique clubs to large outdoor festivals like Spain’s Primavera Fest. Moreover, Beins has had a lot of recent success, scoring the documentary The City Dark, which won Best Documentary Score at 2011’s SXSW Festival, as well as splitting a 7″ with The Black Swans earlier this year and contributing a track called “The Ticket” to a Canon Digital promotion.
“My Baby Don’t Cry” is the latest track from The Fishermen Three. In its three minutes, “My Baby Don’t Cry” pulls your heart apart and then puts it back together.
