The Magnetic Fields release their new album this week (March 6) ‘Love at the Bottom of the Sea‘ via Domino Records and Merge Records (US only).
To celebrate the album release the band will be making their first-ever appearance at the SXSW Music Showcase in Austin, Texas on March 15. Fans will be able to watch a webcast of their performance, along with many others, as part of NPR’s Live From the Parish day party.
UK Dates
The Magnetic Fields will also be celebrating the release of Love at the Bottom of the Sea in the UK with some high profile appearances:
April 27 RNCM – Manchester
April 28 The Olympia – Dublin
April 29 Opera House – Cork
Plus an appearance at All Tomorrow’s Parties UK on 11 March, a performance at The Royal Festival Hall in London on the 25th of April.
