We are very pleased to announce that Folk Radio UK will be covering the MG ALBA Scots Trad Music Awards 2011 thanks to the fine efforts of Scots songwriter Findlay Napier who is currently on a train heading to the event as I type this.
The event is a huge highlight of the year for Scottish traditional music and takes place at Perth Concert Hall where there will be a great party atmosphere tonight. There is of course live music and the line up this year is:
